Infamous counterculture magazine based out of NYC which ran from the late 1980's to the mid 90's. Project X documented the early rave scene in New York City and helped to cement the eccentric fashion sense of the "Club Kids," which eventually found its way into mainstream pop culture (albeit briefly) via club-going icons such as Madonna and RuPaul.
